Even if your race has been cancelled, you’re concerned about social distancing in a busy city, you’re homeschooling your kids and don’t have much time or you’re simply losing your motivation to get off the couch and exercise, here’s a running list of reasons why you should continue to train through COVID-19. I’ve added a few of my own to the list in the following article.
- Exercise is proven to strengthen immunity – as long as you don’t work yourself too hard, exercise is a great way to help keep a strong immune system.
- Running & conditioning boost your energy levels, concentration, focus, and productivity. I feel much better after exercising. If you can exercise early (which means no late night Netflix), you’ll have a much more positive outlook to your day.
